Kurrent ("we," "our," or "us") is an independent research platform that provides H-1B sponsorship intelligence based on publicly available government data. Kurrent is operated by an individual developer and is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, or any government agency.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our service:

All employer and H-1B data displayed on Kurrent is sourced exclusively from the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) public disclosure files, which are freely available at dol.gov. This data is public record. Kurrent does not collect, store, or display any private employer or employee information beyond what is already publicly disclosed by the U.S. government.
5. Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as you remain on our waitlist or as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your email address at any time by contacting us at the address below. Upon request, we will remove your email from all our systems within 30 days.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Resend (resend.com) solely for the purpose of sending transactional emails. Your email address may be processed by Resend's systems in order to deliver emails to you. Resend is bound by its own privacy policy and does not use your data for any purpose beyond email delivery on our behalf. We do not use any advertising networks, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that collect personal data.
7. Cookies
Kurrent does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We may use essential session cookies solely to maintain basic platform functionality.
